Brought the lady out for a nice dinner. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious! It was a fantastic experience and I was happy to get to try it out! I would highly recommend the fried green tomatoes!

If I can give it a 10, I would. Our waitress said her name was Sarah with an H, and she was awesome. The food, impeccable, service, impressive and the ambiance perfect. I had the Texas red fish. I believe that was the name on the menu and pictured below. It was delicious. Pricey, but well worth every penny. I will be back with friends. My new go to spot.

Roots Southern Table was honestly amazing. I’ve been a huge fan of Top Chef, and Tiffany Derry has always been one of my favorites. So when I found out we were getting a chance to try one of her restaurants, I was all in. Didn’t get to meet her this time (lol), but I’ve met a few top chefs while living in Vegas, so I’ll take the win on the food alone. Keenan, our server, absolutely made the experience. Super knowledgeable, great energy, and honestly just told us what we should order and he nailed it. Every recommendation hit. We started with the cornbread, which is easily in my personal top 5. Then the duck fat fried chicken… I’m not even going to try to describe it properly, just order it. Trust me. The deviled eggs were another standout, and then the greens… I’ve lived in the South, and I can confidently say these were the best greens I’ve ever had. No contest. There were about 10 of us, so we got to try a bunch of different mains, and I didn’t hear a single complaint from anyone. I had the short rib, and the depth of flavor was insane, simple dish, but it hit hard in all the right ways. Finished it off with the German chocolate cake, and that first bite straight up gave me a Ratatouille moment, took me right back to being a kid in 1984 eating my grandma’s birthday cake. Just unreal. Definitely stop by, say what’s up to Keenan, and enjoy one hell of a meal.

First time ever going here and I must say it was amazing. The atmosphere, the food, the live musician, the SERVICE!!! Top tier!! Mary A was super attentive and informative and ensured we had the best time. We had an amazing time, did a little research while in there and it turns out to be co-owned by Tiffany Derby, whom I’ve been watching for years! We can’t wait to try her Italian restaurant a few doors down next. Most definitely recommend, without a doubt. Definitely coming back, for sure. Orange juice cake?? What the what? lol melts in your mouth, just like everything else.

First time trying gumbo in my life, and honestly I think this place may have ruined it for me everywhere else. The chicken, sausage, tender shrimp, and rich crab all carried the flavor of that dark soulful roux so perfectly that every bite felt comforting and intentional. Don’t forget the homemade hot sauce. I was over there sucking every last bit of flavor from the crab shells without shame. Even the white rice tasted like little clouds sent from heaven, soaking up every ounce of flavor in the bowl. For a moment, I forgot I was at a restaurant and felt like I was home eating a meal made with love and patience. Then the chocolate brownie sorbet came out and somehow matched the experience. Every bite brought something different. Salty, sweet, crunchy, cold, rich chocolate melting together in a way that kept surprising me until the plate was gone. One of the most memorable meals I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

Kemet was our waitress she have great Aura customer service and knowledge of the menu had great suggestions.. The Gumbo was the BEST GUMBO EVER.. I've visited Louisiana many times had gumbo many times throughout my the US. THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST GUMBO THIS FAR... GREEN TOMATOES 😋🔥‼️ The corn bread is a unique experience they should advise you to be video ready for the cornbread experience. My husband had the Duck confit pasta he lifted nothing behing

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Roots Southern Table! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of Southern charm. The food was nothing short of incredible every dish was perfectly seasoned, beautifully presented, and packed with authentic flavor that truly captures the essence of Southern cuisine. What made the experience even more memorable was our server, Sarah. She was outstanding very attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a great time. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire meal. Between the exceptional food and Sarah’s top-tier service, this was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Roots Southern Table to everyone I know!

Two things you have to order at Roots: the cornbread with smoked butter, and the fried chicken. The butter is next level — smoky, rich, and honestly worth the trip on its own. And the chicken is bursting with juiciness, brined and fried in duck fat so it stays impossibly moist under a crisp crust. The portion is huge, too — come hungry or come ready to take some home. The gumbo is also excellent, deep and well-built, and a good sign that the kitchen isn't just coasting on its two headliners. Not fine dining, and it's not trying to be — just really good food and a genuinely welcoming place. I'll be back to work through the rest of the menu.

Came here for my Birthday with my lady and everything was amazing . Ribs were sooo flavorful and tender. Fried chicken was eternally Crispy. Cornbread was the 2nd best I ever had. 2nd only to my grandmama. Biscuits with the Rhubard were exceptional. The GREENS were phenomenal and the Banana Espresso Martini was extremely balanced. Tre was my server and I appreciated how amazing the service was brotha. Will be back but if your thinking about coming here please do yourself a favor and book. LOVE the diversity as well.

We shared the fried green tomatoes with goat cheese sauce that had a rhubarb sauce that was sooooo good, with the duck confit pasta and these amazing biscuits. I want to come back and try the fried chicken and maybe some cocktails. Cozy atmosphere, good service. We had a wonderful date night here. Ok this is my second entry because we had another amazing experience here. We had the hen wood mushrooms plate, soft crab gumbo and we just had to have the fried green tomatoes again. This meal was better than the last. Our favorite was the mushroom plate.
